{"id":167,"date":"2011-01-25T20:01:25","date_gmt":"2011-01-26T01:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.twosouthernsisters.com\/?p=167"},"modified":"2011-04-30T20:42:54","modified_gmt":"2011-05-01T00:42:54","slug":"no-crust-mexican-quiche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.frillsandmeals.com\/wordpress\/2011\/01\/no-crust-mexican-quiche\/","title":{"rendered":"No-Crust Mexican Quiche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"drop_cap\">D<\/span>o you have a houseful of guests in the morning?\u00a0 Don\u2019t spend your time making omelets to order!\u00a0 This wonderfully quick and spicy egg dish will satisfy all of your guests\u2026even those with a hangover!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 \u00bd cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained<br \/>\n1 small can green chilis, drained<br \/>\n12 eggs<br \/>\n1 cup evaporated milk<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350.\u00a0 Butter a casserole dish.\u00a0 (I use a square one.)<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle casserole dish with cheese. Make sure tomatoes and chilis are drained and spread on top of cheese.<\/p>\n<p>In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.\u00a0 Pour over the tomatoes and chilis.\u00a0 Bake for 30 minutes to an hour.\u00a0 The eggs will slightly brown and spring away from sides of casserole dish.<\/p>\n<p>Cut into squares and serve as breakfast appetizers or as the main feature of your breakfast!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have a houseful of guests in the morning?\u00a0 Don\u2019t spend your time making omelets to order!\u00a0 This wonderfully quick and spicy egg dish will satisfy all of your guests\u2026even those with a hangover!
